Dr. Rudra Prasanna Panda

Dr. Rudra Prasanna Panda is a visionary leader in biotechnology and the driving force behind Decipher Genomics & Research. With over a decade of expertise in genomic research, molecular diagnostics, and reproductive biotechnology, he brings unmatched scientific and entrepreneurial insight to the company.
Holding a Ph.D. in Biotechnology from Utkal University, Dr. Panda has previously led strategic roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific, Eurofins Clinical Genetics, and Xcelris Lab. His work spans advanced genomic technologies like NGS, Microarray, and CRISPR, with contributions that have reshaped animal genetics, stem cell research, and aquaculture genomics.
As the Founder & CEO, Dr. Panda leads the company’s mission to translate research into clinically and commercially impactful solutions. His leadership emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and global scalability, positioning Decipher Genomics at the forefront of India’s biotechnology revolution.
