Deliverables
- 2–5 µg of lyophilized gene fragment or plasmid clone
- Verified sequence alignment and trace files
- Sanger sequencing electropherogram
- Cloning into default vectors: pUC57-Amp or pUC57-Kan with MCS
- Optional: Cloning into customer-provided vectors on request
