Service Includes
- Electrophoresis using ABI 3730xl capillary platform
- Base calling via Sequencing Analysis v5.2 software
- Secure storage of chromatograms in the Seq Lab database
- Optional sizing info upon request (when primer labeling and product size are provided)
Sample Submission Guidelines
We accept cleaned cycle sequencing products in:
- Tubes (single reactions)
- 96-well plates (high-throughput projects)
(Please label all samples clearly and submit plate maps for 96-well formats.)
